CRITERIA FOR CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP
Category 1
Delegates whom HCFI specifically seeks to invite—such as staff or leaders from countries where it is difficult to secure local sponsorship, or individuals from remote regions whose nations would benefit from representation—may be considered for sponsorship.
Any delegate requesting sponsorship to attend the conference must submit a letter of recommendation from their Regional Promoter, National Action Team (NAT), or another recognized HCF leader within their country. This letter should be forwarded to the Sponsorship Team as part of the sponsorship application process.
Category 2
Individuals seeking for sponsorship should demonstrate a commitment to contributing positively to the advancement of the Kingdom of God within the health sector. Their participation in the conference must be formally endorsed by their National Action Team (NAT), Regional Promoter/REGAT, or other recognized HCF leaders.
Guidelines for Consideration:
- Is the Regional Promoter or National HCF in the applicant’s country supportive of their participation and invitation?
- Does the applicant have the capacity to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the Kingdom of God in the health field?
- What is the applicant’s current level of involvement in promoting HCF within their country?
- Do they demonstrate potential for future leadership and active engagement in HCF initiatives?
